Originating from Seoul Korea, Min Hyung graduated with a BFA from the Ontario College of Art and Design in 2009. In 2008 she exhibited solo in Toronto with Angel Gallery and in 2009 was part of a group exhibition at Freight and Volume, in New York City. Hyung is currently preparing for an upcoming solo exhibition in Chicago Illinois. The Fifth World: An Introduction marks not only her Western Canadian debut, but the first solo exhibition of Hyung’s ongoing Fifth World Series.
