Isabelle uses the "transparency" of photography and its appearance as direct representation of reality to fabricate spaces that are suspended between document and fiction. Based in Montreal, Isabelle Hayeur has a MFA from the Université du Québec. Isabelle has exhibited across Canada as well as internationally in Finland, the U.S.A., France, Germany, Poland, and Japan.
